I think they used to be available online at Artifact’s website. But since the event is over, they aren’t taking any more orders. I’m not quite sure if you can get them anywhere else, though. o.o

The reason why it says T Collection is because the first one is, well, a set of T-shirts. XD They didn’t change the name when they made the hoodies lol.
and no, these aren’t the clothes they based the collection off of this time. |D
It seems the seiyuus came to the gallery in batches, not all at the same time.
Inoue came with Kokubun and Goumoto (Zakuro).
Ichinose came with Iida and Monda (Daisy).
and Neeko came with Kiuchi, Yuzawa and Fujiwara. :3
The shirts weren’t all that great. :/ but LOL at Mukuro’s pink tee. XDD
Mocchan’s shirt looks nice, though. *A*
